What are you most looking forward to the most, and hoping to see make an appearance at E3?

PaplooTheory: Ah yes, E3, the ultimate geek expo. For once, I am actually really excited to see what comes out of it. Most of all, I can't wait to see what LucasArts is up to. Not only with Jedi Academy, but with the next Rogue Squadron. From what I have heard and seen of both, they look amazing. I was, and still am, a huge fan of Jedi Outcast, and Academy is making everything I loved better. I can't wait to see some video of Jedi weilding two lightsabers and fighting rancors.

Even though I don't own an XBox or a GameCube, I think some really amazing games are going to show up this year. I am particularly excited about Perfect Dark: Zero and Mario 128. Obviously, PD was a great game and and I think Rare won't ruin it. Even with it's cell-shaded graphics, I think it will be sweet. As for Mario, I think Sunshine was far too corny, and I am happy to hear that this is to be the true sequel to Mario 64, which was pretty fun, albeit damn hard.

Finally, I am excited for... booth girls. But that's obvious.

nlightning8723: Personally, I want to see something on Halo 2 and Fable of course, but also Jedi Knight III for pc, and maybe something about a new Metal Gear will come up.

TheMightySpoon: I like it to be a surprise, I have absolutely no clue what will be at E3, but I'll be thrilled to find out. Oh, however I am interested in Fable's developement. That's why I got the Xbox after all...

InsaneosX: I really don't have any idea, something besides sequels would make the gaming world much better. The developers need to come up with some new ideas and get more creative. Personally I'd like to see some better games, not to many are appealing to my eyes. So a suprise would be nice to see.

LysonicStorm: I want to see something out of the dormant volcano we all know so well: Rareware. They got a new system, and a nice, new rich boss, and I want to see Perect Dark Zero, and Conker's Bad Fur Day 2 (or whatever they are gonna call it ,you know what i mean). Also, I have heard rumors of a Red Alert based Renegade sequel type thingy, and I look forward to that (if it is true). I hope to see something innovative for the Gamecube, some kind of shooter maybe.

UNHOLY: Lets see, Im mainly PC so im gonna be looking out for Doom III. The demos look absolutly stunning from what ive seen. And for me being a huge Arena fan, I'm sure ill be hooked once i get my hands on a copy.

Hmm, Ill be sure to see what Nokia has to offer with their new handheld system (not sure what its called, i took a brief look at it in EGM). That and whatever other independants seem to be popping up.

Ill also be looking forward to what the have for PS2, and id like to check out the DDR scene.

N65max: Nintendo always has some cards up their sleeves when coming into E3. I'm betting on the announcement of some new franchises, or revival of older ones such as Earthbound (!). Also, I want to learn more about this LAN play for Mario Kart Double Dash, and the supposed multiplayer modes for RS III.

Rareware will probably be taking the show, however, as long as they show Perfect Dark Zero and what they have been doing with it. Also, I really hope they will announce a new Conker game (can you say 16 player CTF Live?). If both of these titles look as good as I'm imagining Rare will make them, then umm they will be very good.

I'm not really sure what Sony is going to have at E3, maybe some information on the next GTA or something. But overall, the show this year is going to rock.

nlightning8723: Oh yeah I forgot completely about Doom III. That game looks awesome, so I'll definitely be seeing how that one is come E3.

unreal654: I'm looking forward to seeing some of the new games Sega Sports will be coming out with. I'm hoping they introduce some sort of twist with online play. I have no clue what it might be, but something cool.

And of course I'm looking forward to hearing what Sony and Microsoft have to offer in the near future. I'm not really into PC games, but I'm want to hear about Doom III too, even though sadly it won't run on my computer.

Noodle Boy: There are a few things that I am really looking forward to seeing at E3. On the top of the list is this new system called Phantom. I want to see if all of the talk about this system is true, becasue if it is, I cannot wait. The system, with a pay-per view idea with renting games sounds amazing. The broadband idea with online play against other broadbanders sound phenominal. I think if this system really does make it out, with compatibility to play Xbox, PS2, and GC, games... It will be on my birthday request list.

Next I am looking forward to seeing the "Play Boy" (Playstations handheld) and the Portable XBox. I have been waiting for a Sony handheld, because most definately they will be focusing on my favorite genre, RPGs. But also, if the portable XBox has XBox graphics, like they says. then that means it will probably be able to play normal XBox games, which means it will have portable Conker and Perfect Dark 0... who else thinks this whole XBox with same graphics as normal XBox thing is bull shit? Me. But again, If everything that I hear is true, I cannot wait to see what these two new handheld systems have to prove.

Next on the E3 list is the NextGen systems: PS3, XBox 2, GC2. I will be voting for the PS3, seeing that they have been leading the system rave for the last couple years. I have come to give Sony big respect for being so multi-personality pro. Then again though, XBox is getting smart, adding a DDR title to their rack along with the whole Rare ware crew. Its gonna be a close battle, I think, between Microsoft and Sony. Leaving GC in the dust for now. Unless Nintendo does something extrodinary, I bow my head in thought of their future. When will GC kick it in to gear? Please Nintendo, do something right. Pokemon isn't gonna save your ass forever.

Some games I am excited to see are: DDR for Xbox, Ninja Turtles, Conker, Perfect Dark, Anything that will help Nintendo. Some online games for Nintendo maybe... And on that note... NINTENDO MAKE SOME MORE FUCKIN BROADBAND MODEMS. I've been to 3 stores and all of them have been out of Broadband modems since the first day they came out. That just killed Phantasy Star Online=/

I am also excited to see some new hardware, such as the add-on for Nintendo so that you can play Gameboy games on your TV.

Like I said last time... My opinion, you don't have to agree. Also, some of the stuff I put could have been changed by now, I dunno. I read a lot of what I put in here about a month or two ago.

I am also looking forward to see something on the PC line. Mostly EQ2, Quake IV... , Doom III, and Counter Strike. I mostly play PC anyhow, hardly systems. Sorry guys, PC just destroys console=/.

PaplooTheory: After reading all the other posts, and my own, I realize for the most part we want sequels. This isn't much of surprise because you always want more of something that is good. However, I guess what I'd like to see more than anything is a completely new game. Not just a boring shooter, RPG, adventure, or whatever, but a real standout game. This very rarely happens anymore, but I'd really like to see it.

FrazRoc: I agree with Paploo, there aren't too many sequels I am looking forward too (Bedies JKIII and Rogue Squadron 3). I want to see something new that will revolutinize a genre, something on Goldeneye calibre. It's highly unlikely that any new games will be that great, because the information would have been leaked by now of such an amazing game.

Since I own a GameCube, I would like to find out what their next big releases are. Probably Double Dash and Super Mario 128, but anything beyond that?

Also, I would like to see improved connectibilty between GBA and GC. So far the material has been pretty boring, usually an extra level or item. But we need more games that use the GBA as an integral part, like a menu or something. That's why I can not wait for Crystal Chronicles.

LysonicStorm: I agree, we need some new connection devices up for Nintendo, we in modems, GBA intercoursing with GC (heh, that sounds funny) or something fancy like that, Xbox Live is kicking Nintendo in the pants. I hope Rare does do something sweet, like everyone. But EA is huge, and they got a lot of licenses. Perhaps a Die Another Day game? I dunno. Anyhow, Generals and Battlefield rock, and I hope to see more from this beast ofa production company.

enragedcactus: After reading all of these comments, I have one thing to say, that goes along with what most people have stated. We need NEW games. I mean yes Conker: Live and Uncut was announced just today, and it'll be kickass on Live, but that's not what we as gamers want. We need the big innovators like Sega and Nintendo to again come out with new, exciting game franchises, and not just rehashes to make some profit.

Personally, I'm looking forward to seeing something about Halo 2!!!!! Doom 3, CS: Condition Zero, more from Rare, the medieval game that Bungie keeps hinting at, Mario 128, Steel Battalion: Line of Contact, the new Metroid game Retro's working on, and something new and exciting from both Sega and Nintendo.
