When a game comes from Blizzard Entertainment you can be rest assured it will be like no other game on the market at the time. Diablo 2 is continuing that tradition. With unique characters, an even more unique storyline, beautifully orchestrated music, and an extensively addictive multiplayer mode, the game is one of Blizzard's crowning achievements.

The game's story sets you into a medieval fantasy world of Sanctuary. As you take the role of either one out of five characters, each of whom has different spells and attack abilities. When the game begins you are set off on many dangerous quests
to battle demons from the underworld, and eventually you must defeat the lords of underworld. (the main baddie who's causing most of the trouble is the lord of destruction Diablo) As you progress through the game you will encounter many characters along the way, such as the lecherous merchant Gheed, to the incredibly cool Archangel Tyreal.

The gameplay goes way past just point and click attacks, you have to dodge assaults as you also cast spells to wipe out you enemies. One neat feature is that your tactics have to change
on the basis of which character you want to use. For example if you want your Paladin to be an incredible melee fighter you  must use certain skills in conjunction with other one's, such as having sacrifice as your main attack while having the might
ability on, this makes your attacks insanely powerful.

The Game is great that's the bottom line. You MUST buy this game! You'll love it from it's amazing beginning to it's shocking conclusion. Although some may gripe about the ending which has you buying the add-on to get the entire story, but to me
it was one of the aspects that makes this game great. So don't hesitate GO GET THIS GAME!
