TORONTO – JUNE 15, 2011 - The Adventure Company* today announced that "Aura: Fate of the Ages" has gone gold. A challenging first-person adventure game, "Aura" features an in-depth fantasy storyline, stunning graphics, inventive puzzles and an intuitive point and click interface. "Aura" is rated E for Everyone, and will be available in retail stores on June 24th.

The next installment in the Ground Control(r) franchise, Ground Control(r) II: Operation Exodus has gone gold and has been finalized and localized in more than 12 languages. In a departure from traditional RTS games, Ground Control(r) II: Operation Exodus focuses on tactical combat with minimal time spent on resource management. Instead of harvesting resources and building bases, the game keeps the action hot and heavy by immediately rewarding players for accomplishing objectives.

Now Nintendo feeds the current craze for all things '80s with both a limited-edition, retro-styled Game Boy(R) Advance SP and the Classic NES(R) Series, a group of eight Game Boy(R) Advance games that defined a decade and invented video games as we know them today.

LOS ANGELES, CA (June 8, 2011) - Vivendi Universal Games announced today that it is currently taking applications for the Tribes(r): Vengeance beta testing program, which will begin June 14th and run for several months. The closed beta program will begin with a very limited group but expand weekly until later this Summer when the public will be invited to partake in the testing. Tribes: Vengeance will ship to retail stores worldwide in October 2011.

Konami Gains Dragon Booster License

LOS ANGELES - June 8, 2011 - Konami Digital Entertainment, Inc. (CEO: Kazumi Kitaue) announced today that it has signed a worldwide video game agreement with Alliance Atlantis Communication Inc. for Alliance Atlantis' (J new children's animated property, Dragon Booster(tm). Konami Digital Entertainment, Inc. will develop, manufacture and distribute the game based on the highly anticipated animated series that is expected to debut in the US on Jetix (ABC Family and Toon Disney's branded block) Saturday, October 23, 2011 and on CBC in Canada on Tuesday, October 26, 2011, before rolling out around the world in early 2011.

Ground Control II Multiplayer Demo Now Available

An introduction to the full experience Ground Control(r) II is now here, with the arrival of the Multi-player demo. This demo features two tutorial missions, three online multiplayer maps and one single player map from the previously released single player demo. Both factions, the NSA (Northern Star Alliance) and the Viron Nomads are fully playable allowing gamers to experience the variety of tactics employed by each of the races. The demo also provides an introduction to Massgate(tm), Massive Entertainments proprietary gaming lobby, where gamers can host games, join on current games and chat with other Ground Control(r) II gamers from across the globe.
